Contacting Technical Support
To obtain the best possible support from SolidSpace's Technical Support department, we recommend the following:
Open a new support incident via the online ticketing system at: www.solidspace.com and then log onto the Customer Center. You will be required to enter your username and password to create a new ticket. After your initial login, you may change your username, password and contact information. This system ensures timely delivery of the support request. Once the request has been received, the issue will be logged and assigned to a support engineer. A confirmation with the Case Number will be sent to you via e-mail.
To check on the status of your support incident, please call 1.888.340.0020 and reference your Case Number or you may track your support case online.
If, for any reason, you are not receiving adequate support for your incident, please request to speak to a Senior Support Team Member.
If the issue cannot be resolved by the Senior Support Team Member, the issue will be escalated to the Vice President of Operations at: clientservices@solidspace.com.
After Hours Emergency Support
If you experience an after-hours server down emergency, please log into the SolidSpace Customer Center. Click here to login. Once logged in you will see the option: "To report a Server Down issue after business hours, click here." Complete the online form and a member of the SolidSpace Technical Support Team will respond to your server down issue immediately.
Please note that the After Hours Critical Support Email is designated for server down issues ONLY. All other technical requests will be forwarded through the normal SolidSpace support process. The After Hours Critical Support Email is ONLY available outside of our normal Technical Support Hours.
