The SolidSpace data center is home to custom applications, websites and databases for local, national and international businesses and provides broadband and network services to Piedmont Triad businesses. The data center has redundant Internet connections, backup power supplies, fire suppression system and air handler to control the temperature and humidity levels.

SolidSpace offers a range of services carefully designed to meet the needs of the small to mid-sized level business. IT services include managed dedicated servers, managed and unmanaged Colocation services, and offsite backup solutions. SolidSpace has developed hosting solutions that grow easily with your business' IT needs but remain affordable and dependable. Hosting solutions include shared web and database hosting, email services and Software as a service hosting and application outsourcing.

Clients have the option of choosing from a variety of hosting platforms including Windows 2000, Windows 2003, .NET, Linux, Cold Fusion and SQL. All of SolidSpace's services are supported by a highly trained technical staff that believes in taking a consultative approach to client support questions and issues. The management and technical staff have over 25 years experience in the Internet and broadband industry.

SolidSpace offers a wide variety of Network Services including design and installation, troubleshooting, remote network monitoring and backup & recovery services. Services are designed to handle simple network issues for companies that do not require a full-time IT person to highly complex issues that require advanced knowledge and experience. Broadband services include Fractional and Full T-1's and business class wireless broadband services (Piedmont Triad Area Only). Included with SolidSpace's broadband packages are email accounts and static IP addresses.
